From California

We were suggested Gold Strike Canyon in the first days of spring and were not disappointed. The hike started at the inlet of Goldstrike Canyon and ended at a series of hot springs near the Colorado River, exposing you to some of the most serene landscapes Nevada can offer. Round-trip, we went traveled 6 miles and the elevation changes included rope climbs and were reasonably challenging but, our guides Gabe and Tom are expert trails-men and helped Sherpa our group of 6 in a really smooth and simple process. As mentioned, it would improve your experience to bring a change of clothes and a towel but all being said I cannot recommend Ironwood enough!

From California

We visited this hike gold strike hot springs in March. The trail was moderately difficult, but well worth it! Our guide was extremely attentive, friendly, and helpful especially with getting up and down the multiple rope climbing obstacles. The hot springs had a beautiful flow of water and was a nice place to sit back and chill! Our final destination had gorgeous views of the lake and lots of rocks and space to sit and enjoy the breathtaking view! Make sure to pack water, snacks, and a bathing suit and get ready for a breathtaking walk through nature! 🙂

From Nevada

We visited goldstrike and were blown away by how beautiful it all was. The hike is long, but not too difficult; the various rope climbing segments give a nice reprieve from walking and keeps it interesting!
Our guides Gabe and Tom were extremely attentive and caring. We even saw them carry a wounded dog for several miles and guide their owners back, they weren’t even in our group and they still went above and beyond to do the right thing. It’s safe to say you’re in good hands with Ironwood. Definitely recommend!
